ALAN MAYES/CAR KULTURE DeLUXE:
"THE VIBRASONIC"

ELDEN TITUS PASSED AWAY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8th, 2008.

This Interview with OSR/CKD Managing Editor, Alan Mayes, done in Salina, Kansas, at the 2008 KKOA Lead Sled Spectacular, will give you another viewpoint into Elden's true passion for his craft and his love of building cars that really pushed-the-envelope to reach to a higher level than had ever been achieved before.
It was decided that the "Vibrasonic" should be brought to the KKOA Show so that the in-progress work done on it could be seen by all, and it was definitely the right decision ! All who viewed the car raved about it and were more than enthusiastic about what they saw: a Legend in the making.
Please view theElden Titus Tribute Page that I've set-up, and hear Elden's last Interview with me on the "Vibrasonic" on that special page. JK

Alan Mayes, Mangaging Editor, of Old Skool Rodz & Car Kulture DeLuxe, goes one-on-one with me about getting the magazines involved in the "Vibrasonic" Project...along with Elden Titus & George Barris.
The Original Project was conceived and begun in 2006, but in 2007 Alan got plugged into the mix.
Alan got a call from Elden as he was driving through Indiana, and Elden was SO excited about the whole project, that Alan had to turn off the Highway and into a Wal-Mart parking lot to continue the conversation...so he wouldn't run off the road !
Alan is one kool dude, but I'm still trying to get him to put us on the ccver of next months Issue. Listen and see if I have any luck !
This is one Interview you will thoroughly enjoy !! JK
