At the 28th Annual KKOA Lead Sled Spectacular in Salina, Kansas, I got to spend some quality time with Gary and talk with him about some of these SUPERB customs he builds.
This part of our conversation dealt with the newest ride he's built for Guitarist-Custom Car Buff Extraordinaire, Jimmie Vaughan.
It's a subtle, smooth '54 Ford Victoria Hard Top...BUT, the key feature here is the fact that all of the cars that Gary builds are "drivers". In fact, he's driven this beautiful Vickie to the event in Salina for two years in a row...I know, I've seen him do it !
