SPECIAL NOTE: LARRY ALEXANDER Passed Away Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at the age of 79. Larry was a great builder, a wonderful family man, a great story teller who could reflect on all of the builds he & Mike put together and how the R&C Industry grew through the years. He was a true Pioneer who will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched...including mine. Please accept this as a remembrance and a tribute to Larry.
R.I.P. Larry, and thank you for your kindness & friendship. JK

EAST COAST LEGEND, LOU CALASIBETTA (The Old Stilwater Garage), talks with Jonnie about the Alexander Brothers 50th Anniversary in Detroit, how he came up with the idea, and how it almost didn't happen.
Lou also restored the famous A-Brothers "Golden Indian" which has been featured in almost every Rod & Custom Magazine you can think of...including that great cover story in The Rodder's Journal.
Lou's an old friend who tries to travel to the KKOA Lead Sled Spectacular in Salina, Kansas, almost every year. That's where we met up again on a beautiful Sunday morning at the 27th Annual KKOA LS BASH...if you listen closely you may here a few birds chirping in the background !
PS: Mike had invited me to bring the INVICTA to Cobo for their 50th Anniversary, but due to a previous commitment on that same weekend I couldn't be there...sure wish I could have !
